Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

The Parrk Group Ltd

This Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the actions taken by The Parrk Group Ltd to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

Our Commitment

The Parrk Group Ltd maintains a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms. We are committed to conducting business ethically, transparently, and with integrity. We expect the same high standards from all individuals and organisations connected to our operations.

Responsibility for overseeing our approach to modern slavery sits with the Managing Director, who ensures that appropriate policies, controls, and training are in place and reviewed annually.

Our Business and Supply Chains

We operate as a consultancy specialising in commercial management, quantity surveying, and compliance support, primarily within the UK construction and nuclear sectors. Our supply chains consist mainly of reputable UK based providers of tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors and specialist consultancies.

While our supply chain risk is considered low due to the nature of our sector and the professional services we procure, we remain vigilant and proactive in identifying and managing any potential risks.

Supplier Standards and Expectations

We work only with suppliers who demonstrate strong ethical practices and compliance with relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. As part of our supplier engagement process, we:

• Require suppliers to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct or demonstrate equivalent standards.

• Expect suppliers to maintain their own policies and due diligence processes relating to modern slavery.

• Reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers who fail to meet our ethical expectations.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

To mitigate the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains, we have implemented the following measures:

• Supplier vetting: We conduct checks during onboarding, including reviewing company credentials, ethical policies, and—where applicable—modern slavery statements.

• Ongoing monitoring: We periodically review supplier performance and compliance, particularly where services are delivered in higher risk regions or sectors.

• Risk assessment: We assess areas of our supply chain where modern slavery risks may be elevated, even if our overall exposure remains low.

• Escalation procedures: Any concerns relating to modern slavery are escalated directly to the Director for investigation and action.

Training and Awareness

We provide training to all employees to ensure they understand:

• What modern slavery is

• How to identify potential indicators

• How to report concerns internally

Training is refreshed periodically to maintain awareness and reinforce our commitment to ethical conduct.

Policies Supporting Our Approach

Modern slavery prevention is embedded within our wider governance framework, including:

• Code of Conduct

• Supplier Code of Conduct

• Whistleblowing Policy

• Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy

These policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain effective and aligned with best practice.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage a culture of openness. Employees and suppliers are expected to report any concerns relating to modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially through our internal reporting channels and will be investigated promptly and sensitively.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to strengthening our approach year on year. Over the next 12 months, we aim to:
• Enhance supplier due diligence questionnaires
• Expand training content for staff and contractors
• Introduce simple KPIs to measure compliance and awareness

Review and Approval

This statement will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. It has been approved by the Managing Director of The Parrk Group Ltd.
